Ok. So like, how does this work?
First, let's discuss what you need to play: 1. A cellphone with picture and/or video capture capabilities 2. Picture and/or video messaging (individual carrier charges may apply) 3. Internet access 4. An e-mail account 5. Facebook
"OMG! Why do I need all of that?" Well, because we take everything we do on a daily basis and make it work together in this crazy fun way. And in the end, you get free stuff if you are clever enough to win.
Step One: JOIN OUR GROUP on Facebook: Scavenge U
Step Two: Check for game updates leading up to the November 10th launch of the most fun and innovative game you've ever played
Step Three: Get your 1st clue from this website under the tab "Day One"
Step Four: Try to figure out what we want you to find on campus at Washburn University in Topeka, KS
Step Five: Think you figured out what it is? Go to that location and take a picture or video on your cellphone
Step Six: You have two options. A. Upload the picture or video to our Facebook page B. Text the picture to our e-mail address: [email protected]
Step Seven: If you're a smart cookie, and you figured it out- keep playing! We will only remove names from our list of game players that did not correctly answer the clue.
But hey, even if you didn't get it right- you can still play, too. You just won't win the free stuff...!
Step Eight: There are four clues in four days. If you guess all four locations correctly, you might get a prize. The top 3 winners will each receive a gift card from a local Topeka retailer. First place gets the biggest gift card and first place is given to the first person to submit the correct video or picture.
